How do I integrate my CRM with my website?

CRM-website integration connects form submissions, page visits, and user behavior on your site with lead records in your CRM. The three integration levels: Level 1 — Form capture: website form submissions create/update CRM contacts automatically. Every CRM has this via native forms or Zapier/Make. Takes 1-2 hours to set up. Level 2 — Activity tracking: CRM tracks which pages each contact visits, what they download, and how often they return. HubSpot and Salesforce offer tracking scripts. Takes 1-2 days. Level 3 — Bi-directional sync: website personalizes content based on CRM data (show different CTAs for leads vs customers), and CRM triggers website actions (show popup when lead score reaches threshold). Requires custom development. Takes 1-4 weeks. For most B2B sites, Level 2 is the sweet spot. Start there. Technical implementation: embed CRM tracking pixel, map form fields to CRM properties, set up lead routing rules, and test the full flow from form submission to sales notification.
