4. Client Work
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of deliverables as specified in the project contract. Empirium retains the right to showcase non-confidential work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Limitation of Liability
Empirium shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or this website. Total liability is limited to the amount paid under the applicable contract.
6. No Guarantees on SEO Rankings
Empirium does not guarantee specific search engine rankings. SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, including algorithm changes, competitor activity, and content quality over time.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
